Supporting Living Service
GPAH Resource Centre is committed in developing and maintaining a high standard of care and support which is tailored to meet the needs of people with a learning disability or with mental health issues. We enable people to lead a lifestyle of their choice.
The tenant’s interests are at the forefront of our Service and we ensure that they are in-volved in day-to-day running of their home.
Services Provided
- GPAH Resource Centre works to provide high standard of care and support to people living at Supported Living Service.
- Care and Support is provided for all service users using Person Centered Planning.
- Support is offered and agreed to on an individual needs basis, through a process of person centered planning.
- All service users support is based on regularly reviewed and assessed Support Plans.
- All staff are trained to communicate with service users in their own preferred form or manner of communication.
All communication is made available in a format and manner which suits service users and addresses their needs.
